Yoga, stretches, and eunning are good jumpstarts for your body in the morning. You can also dance to get your body ready for the day.
Uhm trying stay hydrated and healthy life is too short so you have to make the best of it you never know what tomorrow will bring.
In the morning, I like to go for something more simple and feel-good. Stetches, yoga and dancing to my favorite song while doing chores are some of the things I do to get some movement into my day. A nice walk around the neighborhood is good as well. Get a breath of fresh air and enjoy the morning sun and nature. No matter how small, just try to do SOMETHING. Celebrate everyday that you do.
