If you have any weights, you can focus on using those. However, if you don’t, that’s fine, just focus on the things you can do in one spot, like pushups, jumping jacks, or jogging in place.

There are tons of dinamic and challenging bodyweight exercises you can do in the comfort of your house, but if we're going for easy, I would recommend you squats, push-ups, lunges…the amazing thing is that there are so many different ways in which you can do these exercises, that you'll certainly find one specific execution and find it easier than the others.

If you are a beginner I would recommend doing stuff like lunges, squats, sumo squats, push ups, high knee jogging and do not forget jumpung jacks 😁
