When and What do you do for your workout? How are you rewarding yourself after a workout routine? I am 32 yr old female and would like some help understanding habits.

I usually have a workout in the morning and a workout in the afternoon/evening. I do Muay Thai, a martial art, so there are many aspects to it. Some days we work on technique and others it’s all about getting fit and having a good workout. After my workout, I like to reward myself with some relaxation and doing what I love.
