I usually just stretch, but when I actually want to work out I watch some YouTube videos with cardio exercises that don't require jumping!

Five push ups everyday ( trust me you’ll see a result) 20 situps and 20 crunches as well as 40 squats and finally 20 lunges each leg have fun!!

I normally use the treadmill in the morning for 15 minutes. But recently I have just been stretching for 10 mins and going about my day. I found that the treadmill didn’t give me energy but instead wasted it, and I was tired all day. However, stretching conserves and adds to my energy and makes me feel more awake.
