I like to do jumping jacks because it activates my whole body when I wake up. Also good for stretching are cobra pose and downward dog.

A fast walk. Go outside and walk for 30-60 minutes. If it's too long, reduce the time to 15-30 minutes but make sure you walk fast and without stopping or sitting down on benches.
