What kinda exercise would you recommend someone who absolutely hates the gym, but still wants to get a tight body?

I would recommend that push up, squat and running/dancing would get you a tight body. To eliminate a belly,you can add setup to other exercises. This exercises doesn’t require gym. Consistency is 🗝️. No matter how it’s started. Start easy to hard step by step you get a tight and strong body.
