Placing my phone at the other end of the room, so i have to walk to turn it of so i start getting active, sleeping early helps too.
I think about what I need to do in the morning the night before. I, for example need to wake up at 5:30 am for something important. I sleep earlier to wake up earlier and I try to stay awake during the day so that I'll feel sleepy when it's time to go to bed. Also, when it's really hard to get out for bed I count down to 1. 5 , 4, 3, 2, 1 go! It gives me a feeling of responsibility when I do this.
When my alarm goes off and I go to turn it off, I force myself to walk out of my bedroom after so that I'm away from my bed. This helps me curb the urge to go back to bed.
