İ like exercises. İ do yoga and meditation every morning. That makes me relax and energetic during the day. And meditation helps to know myself better
Whenever I do exercise it makes me realise how time can slow down and how fast time passes when I finished working out, it’s such a weird but nice feeling.
How you feel afterwards The absolute energy and yet lack of movement . I love feeling when I've done something, and that's exactly what exercising does.
