I usually prefer to go outside at night and do yoga, I enjoy it later in the day. But if that is not your style or simply not for you and your lifestyle then light stretching can help. Not every workout must be strenuous or take a lot of time. But simply stretching a bit when you have time is like a mini success each time.

I just do the 1 minute workout. If you're late to some event or work/school, 1 minute is not gonna make much of a difference, because you're late anyways.
