Accept that you r fat, and take some time to exercise. Start doing short exercise to get a momentum, then improve over the time to train your body get to know the exercise volume. Beside exercising, don’t forget to have healthy food, avoid fried, or pre-made food. Aim to get real food, eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, and drink enough water.
