What do you do to complete the exercise goal?

I try not to think about it. I'll start doing my morning routine when i'm still half asleep so i'm sure that by the moment i'm fully awake i've already done everything and i won't hear myself protest

Depending on the time I have available, I will either do a guided yoga, a short fabulous one from the exercise section or walk my dog.
