No, not really. I take the weekends for my rest days. I allow myself to just be and do what my body and mind want. I sleep in a bit and take a break from exercising. I stay consistent on my diet except I allow myself to have a free meal! Weekends are relaxing to my soul.
While I'm starting on a journey of waking up earlier I actually sleep in on weekends. I find the extra sleep really helps in the long term. And it makes it different, because it's the weekend.
