I’m concerned my exercises haven’t increased since I started. Is that okay?

Honey, mine neither but all that matters is you have exercised. Some days will be like that. Just keep going. This is not a race but a journey. Life happens and you move in.

That’s absolutely fine. The most important thing is consistency so as long as you’re keeping it up don’t worry about improvement or increase.

Yes! It is totally okay. Changing your habits takes time, and it is important that you recognize that and let yourself be patient. Personally, I haven’t been keeping up with my exercises, but getting back on track is part of the experience ! Just keep doing what you’re doing and you will be able reach your goal.
