I just do my own thing. I like to stretch rather than work out bc it wakes up all of my muscles.
Rather than waking up and working out I do something calming and that I like.
I hit the gym early in the morning and workout for almost an hour which includes a combination of weight training + cardio. It gives me a good headstart early in the morning and I feel fulfilled throughout the day. And doing early morning exercise also saves me from binge eating since i remain mindful of that I've sweat a lot in the morning , workout was painful and I'm not letting my craving take my hardwork from me. So yeah it works both ways…..it makes me stay away from junk food and makes me fit as well.
