Does the purpose of your exercise simply level on healing and fitness or are there higher levels to your exercise such as developing supernormal powers or rejuvenation?

It depends, at the moment, exercise is more of a way for me to relax, feel more positive and in a way improve my fitness. Though, there are times where I feel that I want to improve my fitness to a higher level. In order to achieve that, I have to take small steps to be more consistent and motivated.
