I personally think best practice is to do Exercise in the morning. Keep in increasing your time will increase the resistance.

I typically do one in the afternoon and one closer to night time, but I may have a off kilter routine.
I tend to stretch in the morning, getting all the knots out from my night work out, and then getting a cardio work out, like running or something of the like in the afternoon.
