What do you do to convince yourself to go again when you fall off the wagon?
Falling off the wagon is a common experience in any exercise journey. To get back on track, remind yourself of your 'why'—the reasons you started. Start small by setting achievable goals, like a 10-minute walk or a short workout. Create a routine that incorporates these small steps into your daily life. Remember, consistency is key, and it’s okay to have setbacks. Focus on progress, not perfection, and celebrate your efforts to re-establish your exercise habit.
I tend to look at my future self who will only be where they are because of my current choices. Knowing I can change my future and get the results I want by not giving up and making hard decisions now is why I continue to try my best.
