I m not getting younger and my bones are getting a bit tight sometimes. I ve then 2 types of routines:
1) Vigurous: it includes, running, dancing, hiit ( i need to feel the burn! ), stretching to gain flexibility.
2) recupreation: long walks, yoga, gentle stretches, massages.

I always make sure I enjoy what I chose to do so I know I ll keep on doing it.
I always listen to my body. I push it enough grow but not enoughtobreak.

The type that makes me breathe first such as rope skipping and strength training. I love getting into water for a good swim. Stretches all my muscles
