Well there are plenty of exercises you can do without having any pressure on your wrist. I use a couple of apps developed by Leap Fitness Group. They have a variety of exercises you can choose.

I have a similar problem. It helps to wear a small brace. I also do certain exercises leaning on my fists or lower arms instead of on my flat hands. Adapt the exercise to your needs and abilities!
