What time works best for stretching. I can never find time in my day.

I've started listening to an audio book while I stretch before bed! It somehow helps feel like I'm not "wasting time" by doing two things are once… And bonus, it's a book about healthy habits, so they reinforce each other while keeping me entertained!

In the morning, right after drinking water and getting out of bed. Just a few sun salutations. Then, maybe a few squats πŸ˜‰
I recommend FitnessBlender's channel on youtube if you benefit from videos – theirs are very well organized so you can sort by type and time allowed.

Literally anytime, anywhere, for as long as you can! I stretch my arms up when I'm on the bus to give my back a straightening and hold it for about a minute, sometimes when I'm watching tv I'll bend backwards so my head looks up and I give my neck a stretch, there's always a moment to spare to rearrange oneself!
