What time should I run to replenish my day
The best time to run varies for each individual, depending on personal schedules and energy levels. Morning runs can boost your mood and set a positive tone for the day, while evening runs can help you unwind. Consider your daily rituals and when you feel most energized. Consistency is key, so choose a time that fits into your routine, allowing you to replenish your day effectively. Listen to your body and adjust as needed to create a lasting habit that enhances your overall well-being.

I highly recommend going for a run at anytime around 4pm-6pm... I advice you to avoid going for a run after 8pm as it may interfere with your sleep... And please please LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, if you’re feeling drained, a gentle jog or brisk walk might be better than a hard run.
