What stretches does everyone do?

I’m no expert but after trying some recommendations I came across these yoga moves I think you can try. They’re simple and it only takes 10min done well:
1. Bellow’s breath
2. Seated side bend
3. Child’s pose
4. Downward-facing dog with plank
5. Low crescent lunge to half splits
6. Bridge pose
7. Reclined bound angle pose
