What sort of exercises do you recommend for when I can’t leave the house?

I 100% recommend following a YouTube or Fabulous routine. I personally exercise through dance, and I have a playlist with Golfy Dance Fitness because I like to practice Kpop dances. I’ve found that exercising in ways that are fun for me help me stick with it more than ones I don’t enjoy. I also stretch before with a Fabulous stretch routine or a 5 minute Seated Stretch with High Desert Yogi if I’m just looking for a quick stretch. They have so many exercise routines on YouTube; I would recommend finding something you enjoy!
