I freeze my favorite fresh fruit so they last longer (pineapple and mango chunks and blueberries) then take them out whenever needed to serve them with 150g of Greek yoghurt, a little, chai/ flaxseeds and depending on your goals, crunchy 100% peanut butter (this has a lot of calories so use sparingly if in calorie deficit). It’s my favorite breakfast but can also be a dessert because it’s naturally sweet. Alternatively at night I like to prepare a microwaveable mug and a scale, put 50 grams of oats then top that up to 250g all together with almond milk (can use any milk but almond is low calorie). I then add whatever toppings I’d like, usually a little cocoa powder chai/ flaxseeds. I leave it in the fridge overnight and in the morning microwave the mug for around 1.5/2 minutes depending on how thick you like it. Then I add a little honey for flavour and voila you have overnight porridge that is way better than if you make it fresh (idk why). Hope this works :)
