personally I love to prep overnight oats the night before so I know o have something quick, easy and nutritient dense breakfast ready. I also love to have a loaded yogurt bowl or a smoothie for a lighter breakfast.

I make chhatua for myself. It is a mixture of a lot of things like peanut, gram, chikpeas etc. We mix it with water and sugar and eat it.
