What plant-based breakfast is your favorite?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

One of my favorite plant-based breakfasts is a smoothie bowl topped with fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds. This nutritious meal is quick to prepare and packed with vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats. It can be a great way to start your day with energy and focus. Incorporating a variety of colorful fruits and textures not only makes it visually appealing but also encourages mindful eating. Remember, establishing a routine around healthy breakfasts can set a positive tone for the rest of your day!

The morning time after a genuinely restful sleep, is the clearest my mind will feel, and the leanest my body will be. A plant-based breakfast is the perfect way to continue those uplifting moments by keeping your energy at a high-level. I like to keep my plant-based breakfast primarily liquid. I gather celery, cucumbers, spinach, parsley, carrots, nectarines, plums, apples, oranges and peaches (sections of each) into my juicer. I like to make 5-8 oz of a nice healthy juice, and then toss in a scoop of collagen powder, a combination of 1 and 2, sometimes 3 (collagen types). It depends on the brand purchased that month, to oil my joints like I’m the Tin Man out of the Wizard of Oz, and then keep my skin healthy any supple. If there is one of the fruits that is so juicy and ready to eat, I’ll keep that one out and eat it separately, alongside the juice my juicer produced from my healthy combination of fruits and vegetables. I believe the added extra fibers from the whole fruit and the protein in my collagen supplement help ground my body, as I’m a very active person, and so occasionally eating all liquid metabolizes too quickly, and I don’t want to cause any type of gastrointestinal distress. If that’s still too light, I’ll add a small tbs of organic almond butter on the side on a spoon that I’ll much on while I prepare and make my shake!
