I tried different forms of exercise resistance training, yoga, gym ..etc. i was never consistent until I decided to do the simplest form of exercise; walking outdoors. No special preparation needed, I don’t need to drive to a place or book a time slot or pay money. I just put in my running shoes and enjoy the nature outside my home. Result: I’m sticking to it and I have my son joining me frequently on my morning walks. It also helps that I’m an early riser.
