What motivates you to keep working out?

Find a YouTuber or exercise videos that you really like and are fun to do. It doesn’t have to be long, 5-10 min/day is enough for a start. For me it’s a part of the day, that i’m very excited for. It’s my own way of relaxing. You can try yoga, hiit, pilates, dance workouts and so much more. You can also try to search for sports that interest you for example swimming, short or long walks, running, ice skating, mini golf, volleyball, tennis, squash… The important thing is to enjoy it and feel good in your body. Don’t try to force yourself into doing something you hate. 🙂
