Make something that you are excited to eat and create and if you are tired this morning make sure you have something on hand that is easy to make for the days that you don’t have the energy to do the big thing

Sometimes I am tempted to not have breakfast in an effort to save calories for later, but after trying that I realized that I ended up feeling out of control around food. I learned that having a breakfast set me up for success for the rest of the day. I would be able to eat more mindfully and enjoy my meals more when I can eat when I am hungry and not wait to the point where I cannot even slow down and enjoy my food.

In fact, I had an exam, so I was neglecting myself, but now what motivates me to make breakfast for myself is that I want to take care of myself, regain my health, and try a new breakfast.
