What makes your breakfast great?

Amelia R.
I intend to include as many fruits and nuts as possible. On top of that, I usually don’t feel hungry anymore for the next 5 hours!

Eggs. Just eggs. I don’t have time for anything more complicated.

My breakfast regularly consists of: a glass of fresh juice (single or cocktail), fruit (usually paw-paw), one or two boiled eggs, oat meal (with water or fresh milk), and a cup of Roiboos tea or cappuccino. That makes my perfect breakfast.
Sim O Q.
In my opinion, the breakfast is great when I eat my favorite food with my family.

My breakfast consists of a mix of nuts and raisins, a banana, and some veggies. This breakfast is great if you have a job where you sit still a lot. It gives you good fats, proteins, some quick carbs and some veggies for filler. Some slow carbs would be the ideal addition, but I’m currently trying to lose weight.
The most important thing for me is that the breakfast doesn’t have any processed food or junk food as these lead to cravings and disrupts my focus throughout the day. Secondly that it has both fast and slow energy. The slow energy can be achieved through complex carbs like whole grain stuff or through healthy fats such as nuts, fish or what-have-you. The fast energy through fruits, or dairy (though I avoid it because I’m sensitive to it).

Gets you ready for the day

Healthy food makes my breakfast great. My body is a garden, not a graveyard and nourishing it with colourful foods makes me feel like I am thriving. My body is happy when I eat healthy. .
