When I see the amount of weight I’ve put on… and also when I see older really obese people… it puts be back to square one and think why I have to do it. Need to lose off the weight and return to my somewhat healthy self. 😊

Visualise your goal. When you’re struggling to keep going push through it by focusing on what you’re working towards. If its losing a few pounds or feeling better mentally, keep that in mind and it will help you to keep going.
