After struggling to get going then hitting the 10 minute mark I feel good and want to keep the momentum going. Then, it becomes a matter of holding out as long as I can because exercise is voluntary stress on the body. I feel great knowing I lasted awhile, held out under the stress and completed what I started. The “pump” feeling is also amazing too. “Stay hard!”

I love that it will make me improve in my looks (even looks don’t rlly matter I’m already rlly fit and pretty) and honestly I like being better then everyone else.I like having music on in the background I love feeling accomplished!! It makes me happy that I’m improving my body for the future so future me won’t be insecure or unhealthy or have bad habits
