I use guided meditation with Headspace app and Peace app. I like all the different themes-sleep social ones confident boosters etc
If you’re just starting out, try the guided medications from apps like simple habit, Cure.fit or mindrise. If not try mindfulness or aum meditation
I prefer calming meditation to slow my mind down because it’s always racing too fast too stressed out too anxious to crazy and then I prefer things that motivate me or boost my confidence and self esteem or remind me to stay on the right track cuz I’m add and easily lose focus

Reading plans from the Bible app from YouVersion have daily devotionals and passages from scripture for introspection and reflection on any number of real-life topics like anxiety and time management.
