In the morning I like to focus on stretching my back after sleep. I start with neck twists and move it up, down, side to side. Then I do arm and elbow circles, maybe some shoulder raises. Don't forget about your wrists and fingers! My favorite back stretch is grabbing a table and doing a standing "bar hang". Then I do circles with each hip and knee. Feel free to add a gentle flow or some dance moves depending on your mood and music choice!
