I recommend looking up YouTube exercise videos because there are some specifically designed for doing at home with children, where you and the children can get some movement in together (make sure you check that they are kid-friendly before hand…I’ve heard that Cosmic Kids Yoga is good but I haven’t personally tried it). You can also do games/ relay races/ obstacle courses depending on the supplies/time/energy for set up you have.
