Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

Your 'why' for stretching is fundamental to creating a lasting habit. Stretching enhances flexibility, reduces muscle tension, and promotes relaxation, which can improve your overall well-being. By understanding your personal motivations—whether it’s to relieve stress, enhance performance, or prevent injury—you can create a meaningful ritual that integrates stretching into your daily routine. Reflect on how stretching aligns with your goals and let that drive your commitment to this healthy habit.

Zen Bia Z.

I started stretching to improve my posture, flexibility and physical activity and I’m loving it so far. It gives me the reassurance that I’m changing my lifestyle for the better, which really gives me hope with tests coming up, too. I believe it’s a brilliant way to start the morning, as well, and helps me feel more rejuvenated.
