I usually walk each day and in the mornings I do a quick series of exercises, focused on a muscle group or a quick all over just to get my heart going.

Every day I do 8 stretches (30sec * 2 each) and 4 strength training as a baseline. On my better days, I will run for 4km or do a jump rope workout. I try to swim every week at least once, and I will warm up with 400m, do some drills, some interval training, some egg beater and vertical whip, and some brick carrying.
