I would usually just think that I just need to do 1 set of an easy exercise (like jumping jacks or high knees) – that 1 set is enough. Most often than not, I usually go beyond that 1 set. But I celebrate even with that 1 set.

Well most of the time I don’t but I always think of the positives for what I can archive when I have don’t it and weirdly when I don’t I get annoyed with myself for the rest of the day.

For me I remember how I usually feel after my workouts. This helps me to overcome that kind of thinking. I always feel so great after my workout. I also switched up my perspective. I get to workout today. This is as much for my mental health as it is for my physical health. I’ll be Better after I am Done
