Even though the Fabulous app says you only need to work out 3 days a week, do you now find yourself feeling bad on the “rest” days when you don’t work out?
Honestly, sometimes yes. It can be hard not to feel guilty when you don’t workout, you feel like you missed something. I try to comfort myself by truly commuting to working out the next day and try to get a good night sleep you know.
