Is it important to do my exercise at the same time every day? I sometimes struggle with routines that are very fixed.

Not really! I usually exercise at midday/early afternoon or late morning. Just pay attention to avoid exercising tight After rating or before going to bed (unless you're doing a relaxing Stretch/yoga routine) i Hope this helped
