I dont have time to exercise in the morning on weekdays, and I hate doing short exercises. Is stretching as part of my morning routine instead a reasonable replacement?
Stretching can be a valuable part of your morning routine, especially if you’re short on time. While it may not provide the same cardiovascular benefits as traditional exercise, stretching promotes flexibility, reduces muscle tension, and prepares your body for the day ahead. Consider combining stretching with brief, enjoyable movements to create a balanced routine. Remember, the key is to find what works for you and to develop lasting healthy habits that fit into your lifestyle.
Yes, stretching a very good alternative and you can do it every morning doesn’t take too much time. And as long as you move you body by stretching every morning your body will feel more alive
Stretching is super important and keeps the body healthy in many different aspects. Whilst it can’t be a direct replacement it’s still a great addition to your morning routine. Perhaps gives a pilates session a try - it’s a form of exercise similar to stretching
