Whenever you have free time, your bored, you have nothing to do, or trying to resist the urge to sit on the couch and binge watch movies while having a ton of unhealthy snacks, is the best time to workout. Give yourself 20 or more minutes to just do a simple workout. It could be as little as doing squats and lunges to as big as doing burpees and push ups. Don't push yourself until your ready to go harder. If you think a simple workout won't do anything then do a big workout. Whatever you know your body can handle <3
