First you need to drink water (the first thing of your new day) than do some meditation or workout for 15 min than do your skin care (if you have but if you don't have create a skin care routine). After that you need to dress up and at 05:30 start your work. So you need to do those things for 30 min(half hour). Good luck😊😊😊❤️❤️🌼🌼🍀🍀
Most people see exercise as a time target they have to hit. You exercise in daily functions. If you modify so your body isn't used to the exercise it will show some benefits. For instance instead of bending over to pick something up do a sumo squat. Engage your core when you walk or lift something. You can also take a walk during your lunch or a run if you are up to it. In reality if you embrace your inner child working out wouldn't seem like a chore. Go outside shoot some hoops or jump rope. If you have kids be easier if you don't. Just go out play with them.

Maybe try doing small amounts of exercise for less then 10 minutes at different times of the day, eg. before you leave the house for work or whatever you do.
As soon as you are getting up immediately after drinking water and brush if you start exercising, it works like a catalyst for other activities.
