So, let me just put it out there that it's best to drink 8 glasses of water every day. However, I find this number quite impossible. I have promised myself that I will drink at least 5 glasses of water every day. That is the minimum and just for starters. I will not change this number for a while because it gives me space. I have found myself drinking 6 or 7 glasses of water every day with this tactic!
Depends. If I have taken the time to prepare a bottle or pitcher of nice cold water, if I haven't let things get out of my hands in home, I will drink quite a bit. But if not, if there's load of dishes in the sink, if I'm worried out of my mind about stuff, I might forget. Which actually makes thing worse. So honestly answering this made me think I should change that and take care of that need in any situation.
