What is your perfect healthy breakfast you would like to do every morning?
A perfect healthy breakfast should be balanced and nourishing to kickstart your day. Consider a combination of whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats, such as oatmeal topped with nuts and berries, or a smoothie with spinach, banana, and Greek yogurt. The key is to create a morning ritual that you enjoy and can stick to consistently. This sets a positive tone for the day and helps you build lasting healthy habits. Experiment to find what fuels you best each morning!
I never ate breakfast - I wasn’t hungry, I was always running late, breakfast food didn’t agree with my stomach. But relentless health advice about the importance of breakfast just kept piling up and I finally gave it serious effort. After experimenting with different foods, I finally settled on a hard-boiled egg and peanut butter toast. If I sat down and ate mindfully, it stayed down and I felt more energized in the afternoons (less post-lunch slumps). “Mindfully” means really chewing and finishing bites before shoveling in the next bite. Of course, this means having the eggs cooked and waiting, and having those few minutes to sit and eat. It doesn’t always happen. Sometimes there’s just enough time to eat the egg in two big bites, no toast. But it’s about progress, not perfection.
For me, my perfect healthy breakfast would be a bowl with fruit and greek yogurt, egg with bread and coffee with milk . This breakfast give me protein’s, flour, vitamins and others give me a delicious and healthy breakfast.
I wished i liked oatmeal because then its oatmeal with fruit and nuts. Since i dont, its usually a protein shake and fruit and/ or nuts depending on whats available.
