What is your opinion of cereal and muesli? A lot of them have loads of sugar, e-additions etc

I don’t eat cereal or myself. I eat organic oats soaked in full fat organic milk mixed with Flaxseed to offset some of my oestrogen depletion. I “sweeten” with blueberries and,if feeling particularly bunged up will add a teaspoon of local hive honey. Breakfast is my most worthy meal of the day.
