What is your main motivation to exercise?
The main motivation to exercise can vary from person to person. For many, it stems from a desire to improve physical health, boost energy levels, or enhance mental well-being. Establishing a routine that incorporates exercise as a meaningful daily ritual can help reinforce these motivations. Consider setting specific goals, such as increasing strength or endurance, which can provide a sense of accomplishment. Remember, finding joy in movement and celebrating small victories can sustain your motivation over time.
Hi I used to exercise before as I was a martial artist. But that - was years ago Now I do feel like I should exercise to stay healthy... but it is a very vague reason! But I don’t know now , honestly it is really hard to keep accountability unless you have an accountability buddy or an instructor. so maybe join some combat sports classes or something like that .....
