What is your go to breakfast option?

Porridge with milk, and any fruit cut to put on top !
Ideally I prepare the night before the oat in milk, and a quick orange and apple smoothie, with lots of water and cinnamon

1 serving of each: Fage plain yogurt, frozen berries, 0.2 cup homemade granola.
Sometimes I will have half a bagel with 2-3 oz cream cheese and smoked salmon on top.

I usually eat something small- Im never a big breakfast person so one egg and some cheese or even just a piece of fruit is enough to last me. I always have a cup of tea with my food

Egg-white frittatas! Stir 2 egg yolks + 2 egg whites in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chop up a handful of veggies (I like spinach and bell pepper). Heat a non-stick pan over medium, and pour in the eggs, then sprinkle with the veggies. Cover and let cook until eggs are firm. Sprinkle with some shredded cheese on top for a special treat.

Protein smoothie. I use Tripeaka Vanilla Lean protein, blended with hazelnut milk, a small spoonful of almond butter, and a banana. Delicious and well balanced!
Sander Z.
A protein shake, a protein bar, and something with healthy carbs and fats (like a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter)

I like bananas and almond butter, kale salad with an egg on top and yogurt, but its possible that that doesn't agree with me, so I might want to reconsider that one

I eat some baby carrots and cherry tomatoes before my workout then Greek yogurt with a little granola and cranberries for breakfast. A hard boiled egg too if I have one

Usually it is Indian breakfast like Idli, Dosa, Upma; on days when I don’t have time to make it would be bread omelette . First thing before breakfast and after coffee is banana strawberry spinach smoothie

Egg sandwiches and a banana when I have time. Most mornings I just want something quick and have been buying the Jimmy Dean breakfast bowl scrambles that you microwave.

Bacon!! To me, I just kinda need bacon in my system at the start of the day, especially if I'm traveling, which i currently am. If you want a vegetarian or even vegan option, would reccomend toast and jam.

I would usually make an egg on any type of toasted bread ( I recommend panini bread) and an apple or any other fruit I have.
