What is your favorite way to get movement in in the morning?

I put the kettle on and then I begin to walk around my flat and just take a look at each room. I usually smile in each room too. Then I walk to the kitchen again and enjoy my cuppa!

Walk up to open areas with a good view or less people and strech for 5 mins. Feels nice to either stretch or have a quiet corner to start the day.
