Oats ,nuts, fruits and vegetables which contains lot of protein, nutrition and vitamins to strengthen our body that leads to a healthy life.

Not rushed, I’ve had time to properly wake up and there’s no rush to finish. The first thing to hit me is the smell of fresh hot coffee. There’s fresh fluffy pancakes, with sides of syrup, fresh fruit, yogurt and orange cream. There’s ice cold fresh orange juice with no pulp.
